I can relate, I focused so much on trying to build my body trying to make it better, stronger, faster but lost myself along the processes... we were meant to live for so much more but we lost are selfs somewhere deep inside-/3
Im curious.What percentage of anyone who does this, or gets into it, suffers from low self esteem, or a form of inferior complex? Im not trying to start crap with anyone, but Im knda doing some research on what goes on upstairs of the average muscle builder. I workout like mad hell as well, and I myself fall under the inferior complex state of mind
@joshstuu not at all. In fact, it is quite good for you. Now, I would not start a weight-training regime (if you are thinking of it) without help and tips from trainers at a gym. But if you are just worried about the push ups, then you are good.
get a gym membership, lift hard, eat right, sleep well.
youll see results over time, it takes 1 year min. for a body trasnformation depending on your body frame. being 6'6 and 207 its hard for me to gain weight, so im trying to lower BF and keep size. lots of hard work.
