  • @dbassgirl The video doesn't advocate dairy or eggs, they are advocating a true vegetarian diet, not lacto-ovo. They simply use vegetarian instead of vegan because many people don't quite understand what vegan entails but most people know what a vegetarian diet is, remember this is a commercial appealing to the masses.

  • Why bother telling people to eat vegetarian food, instead of vegan? We know that eating eggs raises your chance of getting diabetes by up to 165%. We know that eating dairy increases your chance of getting osteoporosis.

    Go vegan!

  • no offence but to vegans the benfits are better but remember the downfalls of a diet of those foods (lack of muscle sometimes) without protein you won't have as much muscle growth and also a lack of energy unless the vegitables you eat are carrots and strawberrys and don't hate on me please

  • I love this, its great because im tired of being questioned for being veg, its so much better for you, I love this =D

  • my favorite one!

  • PCRM rocks... the "Center for Consumer Freedom" AKA "Center for Consumer anit-Freedom" has a hate-website against the PCRM.. it's a 100% scam paid by meat restaurants and drunk drivers (seriously) and pple who support and fund obesity, and mercury poisoning.

  • Thank dog for the PCRM! 5 stars and favorited.

  • Great message that every parent should hear!

  • LOVE IT! The kids falling down from umpire suit is funny and the vegetarian food message makes sense and dovetails nicely.

  • Great, simple and to the point. Where can I donate money to help get this on the air!
