*Increase load each round by 1/3 of original load
Ex: Rnd 1 @ 100, Rnd 2 @ 133, Rnd 3 @ 166, Rnd 4 @ 199
*Dropping or Resting bar on floor negates that round

Move like you OWN the weight
- attempt to move through this sequence with no pauses/breaks
Move your body around the bar not the bar around your body
