This a place visited all the year round but like most parks best in Spring or Summer .Today was sunny but very cold .However I was not alone in enjoying the fantastic views of the architecture .. minus much park foliage, all was so clear .Designed 1745/47 by Georg Wenzeslaus von Knobelsdorff it was named Sans Soucci ( without cares ) and lived up to this as the summer residence of King Frederick the Great ..It is now a world heritage site and well worth a visit no matter what the time of year .
