The mozz sticks at Arbys come frozen, all they do is dump them in the fryer, wait for 2:45 or whatever the time is and then put them in the container. The manager you were speaking with probably wasn't even the person who served you your food, if hair did get in there then it would have been in the prep process from corporate. If I was the manager and someone called me about this I would gladly exchange the item - if they don't yell and cuss, otherwise they deserve the same treatment :-)
