  • this is why i don't worry when people talk about global warming. because i know that as we advance in our technology, we won't need to cut down nearly as many trees(they will use laptops in schools instead of books and paper) and sooner or later we won't use any gas.

  • @robertquentincobb - It's not just about saving money...

  • @1452364789 - The idea is to charge at home, not at a gas station. And the great thing about electricity is that you can get it anyway. most charging stations will be popping up at places like shopping malls and movie theaters. The idea is, you're already going to be there a few hours, why not charge up?

  • get charged with more information @_@ do we really want that?

  • You only have to make an appointment..Then pay an electrician to rewire your house...and

    Its as simple as that!

    Then you are totally free!!

Untill you have to plug into a charging station when you run out of power...for a couple of hours..If you can find one..

but that shouldnt be a problem....maybe...but m not sure...

  • @1452364789 Or every customer come and replace empty battery with full. Or solar cell on the roof so when car is parked it's charging.

  • @1452364789 not really the battery charges at home in 8 hours for 100 plus miles all you have to do is charge it at home while sleeping just like a cellphone

  • and imagine if lets say 50% drivers will by this car

so were is power come from ?

  • no more taxes :D ..

  • Many people don't understand that as the production of these vehicles increase the price will decrease. Also, when you factor in the lower cost of charging up vs fueling up, and the lower maintenance costs, electric vehicles will actually be cheaper to own than will it's combustion engine alternative. Also, as the technology improves the distance capacity will increase, and charge up times decrease. This is the wave of the future, you won't be able to afford not to own one in 20 years.
