How about validating the statistics used in these presentations by, at the very least, citing where they were obtained and citing the research used, rather than claiming, "research shows?" Does Microsoft R&D and manufacturing have scientists that take statistics and research on faith or do they actually validate them? These presentations are very simplistic and marketing driven, not data and information driven.

Ugh, don't represent people as raw material in a manufacturing process. That's part of what turns people off from learning.
