Tastecasting at Table 16 in Greensboro, NC Table 16 & our blueprint of globally influenced New World Cuisine, embodies a style of food that is strong, unique, & indicative of the bold flavors of the New World coupled with the refined and elegant traditions of the Old World. The multi-ethnic cuisine of the New World is influenced by the flavors of the Caribbean, Central America, South America, Cajun, & Creole Cultures. These all collide with the more sophisticated & classic approach to Old World cuisines of Spain, Portugal, France, & Italy. Never losing our foot hold on our Southern Roots, the four seasons, & locally grown produce, our concept features many staples of the New World, such as legumes, fresh seafood, healthy grains, fresh fruits & vegetables, such as mangoes, passion fruit, papaya, yucca, yams, & plantains.

We reach deep in our pockets to reveal a passion, focus, & absolute love for food that gravitates towards the equator & to an overall dining experience that is quite difficult to locate in this area. Recipes & ideas stem from extensive exposure in several AAA/CAA Four Diamond Restaurants & the cities of both Miami & New Orleans. Sound techniques & well thought-out contemporary preparations will fill the center of our plates along with the palates of Greensboros Gastronomists, seeking to create a fresh new look on what is just within arms reach from our Coast along with our local farmers offerings. Great food generates great feelings & connects individuals in ways that can only be described as special. This is what Chef Graham Heaton, Ben Roberts & the Staff of Table 16 strive daily to achieve.

  • Pretty restaurant, but how come no hair coverings for the cooks?
