  • lmao ; D *thumbs up* Awesome bro! I had a lil one like that once.lol Your arm wants to fall off when you're done! Best thing I made with mine was 2 parts beef(for ground beef) to 1 part smoked bacon. yum! It was increadable on the bbq.. : )

  • brats dont need cure unless your mixing it with wild game or smoking it

  • can you just use salt instead of cure? I can't get hold of any cure
