This video alone just seems revolutionary to the sport of footbag.. as if it were in the middle of a huge progression. I don't know that to be true. Either case its amazing.

It really depends: in footbag the size of the bag and the fact that you can stall it makes it easier to perform more complex moves. In freestyle football again I guess it's a lot harder to controll the ball between landing a trick and doing the next. However, both sports have their differences and can't really be compared by same standards.

I never noticed before, but all the whirls in Ryan's sick 3 looked pretty thin.
