Las Vegas Stratosphere Tower ride Insanity which swings riders out and over the side of the Stratosphere Tower, twirling them as they go. October 12, 2010. Your not allowed to film while being on the Stratosphere rides and I got busted using my camera on this one so i had to cut the video a little short. At the very end of the video, you can hear buddy on the speakers saying to put the camera away...
