Another thing that'll make a difference in menstrual flow is eating sweets. If you do not eat sweets during your period, you will not bleed as heavily and its definitely a noticeable change to me. But yet I still cant stop eating gummi bears! And I nearly bled to death at work. SMH...one day I will LEARN that sweets just arent that serious during the time of the month!

@AwesomeMegaMonkey I use to play b-ball and it was hard considering the fact I started wearing tampons late lol...but If you don't want to use a tampon, there are pads :) hope I helped.
