that type of pavement is like teeth just digging away at your tires, but i guess if you got money, tires are the least of your worrys, must be god darn nice

Yes! and yes it is nice to have cash! Car is in a province where the police can take your car for spinning tires alone, and it comes with a $10,000 fine.
