They do, but when it's girls of this age doing it, it's not appropriate and the level of talent is obsolete when it's young girls using their body's in adult displays, with the tacky clothes in mind, as well. You can look at any girl out there.. (Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, Demi Lovato) who all had similar "talent" at some point when they were too young to deal with what their parents/everyone were encouraging them to do, and what will follow.

@BlatantlyBritt dance requires talent... if their parents teach them well and support them then they wont have to shake their asses for their whole lives. They might even be able to take on a professional ballet job but for now all they can do is be as awesome as they can. That is all anyone can do.
