1 - 5 oz can Salmon - drained
1/4 cup Miracle Whip Light
3 TBSP Low Fat Bacon Bits
MIx all together, chill for 1 hour and then ENJOY!

Full Serving: 275 Calories + 29 Protein

Split into 2 servings and each single serving is: 137.5 Calories + 14.5 Protein
