They only let you uplaod 100MB of data in their file upload feature in any given form submission. You also only get a tiny 1GB of total space for storage. This is fine for small businesses but can be a bottleneck if you own a business that gets a lot of uploads with file submissions. Also some people don't like the CAPTCHA feature and Jotform doesn't offer anything else. Also their html code doesn't always appear the same on your site as in the preview. Other than that JotForm is pretty cool
