Kevin Nee Marc Pro recovery device. Team OX. OX nutrition

Those of you that have been following my videos have realized that I'm all about getting healthy before I get really strong this time around. With out health, it doesn't matter how strong you are because it won't last. Well the guys over at marcpro.com sent me one of their recovery units and wow this thing is awesome!!! Anytime I have a body part that's sore or beat up and I want it to recover sooner, I hit that area with the Marc pro device. hey kevin, i want really want to become a strong man and i was woundering if u had any traing or diet tips for me. the only kind of strongman lift i do in my workouts is a strongman log i made that weighs 185lbs and has bars on the side to put on more weight thank you for your time and keep up the good work man

@ASUKevinNee Hey Kev. This MarcPro device looks like it functions like the H-Wave device you used on your shoulder. Do they functionon the same premise? Or is there some difference? I had to go through physical therapy and a EMS device was used as my treatment/healing. Of course it was some big fancy medical device in the therapist's office. This like the H-Wave is compact and home usable. Any info you can give from your personal experience would be helpful

@computertom90 A number of thngs could be responsible for the numbness in your arm upon waking. Sleeping position: Side sleepers with arm extended out from body, will cause a restricted blood flow and therefore numbness. A bulging/herniated disk in the cervical(neck) region can cause this as well if sleeping on side or back causes the disk to compress the nerves and create numbness. High blood pressure will not do this alone...there must be another factor involved.
