I opened a wine bottle with my finger before. Didn't need a screw driver. I basically, pushed the cork inside with my strongest finger (had to support it and keep it straight with my other hand) Once you push the cork in, and tip the bottle upside down while holding the opening closed. when you tilt bottle back up, the cork will float horizontal and never clog up the hole. Donside of this is that you can't close the bottle again, but hey! motivates you to finish it. ahah.
