  • andre looks so old u can just tell the way he walks

  • @classie60 no hes not dead asshole

  • Okuma died on dec 27 just 24 days after this match !

  • @NightmaresX111 Yeah, he actually passed in January of '93, so what you're seeing is the beginning of roughly the last month of his life. I'm amazed footage of a match so late in his life exists. I mean, I knew he wrestled more in '92 after disappearing from the then-WWF, but I had no clue he did so almost to the very end.

  • what year did andre, die? 93?

  • @JRocker69 He was never injured at the hands of Earthquake. That was an angle to write Andre off of TV due to his ailing condition and further surgery!

  • no telling, bro. But you are probably right, as I know his last few matches in japan, it was referenced that the injury happened in WWE, well WWF at the time, at the hands of earthquake. Which made me think that he really did take the megaphone shot and being that he was not in the best of health as it was, it got him down. Either way, he had a set on him to continue wrestling like he did,

  • @JRocker69 i dont think that megaphone shot was real by the way, i think they were just pretending for the story. just saying....

  • @ryansgame323 go to Andre The Giant in Mexico on you tube.It has him wrestling in May of 1992.

He wrestled tag team or 6 man matches.

  • 10 or more years before this, Andre would have took all three of those guys on by himself. He was at the VERY end here. He could barely walk. All he did the last 3 years of his life was two-man or three-man tag matches.
