A high intensity interval training body weight and plyometric workout designed to burn fat, and work your entire body. Based on the Spartacus Workout Challenge from Men's Health magazine, this exercise protocol is comprised of 10 different exercises, done for 3 rounds. Perform each move for 60 seconds, as fast as you can with good form, followed by 15 seconds of rest. After the set, take a 2 minute break and go for 2 more rounds.

  • Estella, you go girl! I applaud you because this is a stellar workout. Yesterday I did the first workout video that was a 2-part video. I had a 10lb bell. I was so out of breath, but I got through the whole 3 sessions. Whoa! I can't imagine with a 40lb bell! You are one tough cookie. I am in my 30's and I was beat. I will continue that workout and am inspired to move up that weight until I get to the 40lb bell. Thanks so much for the video.
