LXTV National Segment on Aero Chicago Parkour - April 18th, 2009

Ryan "Cloud" Cousins helped create Aero Chicago Parkour with his older brother Andy "Ando" Cousins and together help form the collective that is now known as Aero Chicago Parkour. Recently, Ryan got tapped by LXTV to do a small segment for their weekend show with fellow traceurs Michael "Styilis" Horvath, Cody Beltramo, and LBP member Alex "Fresh Face" Meglei.

Check out Ryan explain the basic in and outs of Parkour and Freerunning as well as checking out the other guys strut their stuff! Congrats on the gig fellas! This was shown nationally on NBC after SNL aired on April 18th, 2009.
