cant we all just love and get along? =) not being gay here or anything but why dont we all take what we have in common which is the liking of cars and come some constructive comments about the very interesting video that we just watched...i mean im not a honda fan but it is obviously beating the evo giving its a rolling run. I happen to love Mitsubishi but you dont hear me calling the honda a peice of shit and thats because it deserves the respect for the work he has in it.......right?

Would have thaught the EVO would have stayed on him better. I think a Normal EVO only pushes 14psi So he has 50% more boost then Normal. He should be pushing well into 300HP. From a stop The EVO would launch and eat him. In my opinion.

@Theslowandthecurious In the United States Both the GSR and MR come with 291. The EVO FQ400 is only avalible in the UK cause they are tuned by Ralliart UK and its the only stock evo with 400HP and it costs like 80k USD. The only difrence between the GSR and the MR are the wheels. Springs Mabye the Struts and the Transmission.

The video clips are to short...i couldnt see if the honda was even turboed if it wasnt yeah its gonna pull on the evo for the first split seconds. the turbo on the evo wouldnt of even had a chance to spool up. Also that may have not been an mr or a gsr evo

@618danny Depends on the Evo some come 270 a gsr is like 340 or something like that then the mr is 400 hp stock.

My opinion I dont think its xixed, everyones like the race is fixed. Okay thing is both are 4 cylinders, but which one weighs less? Anyone ever heard Power to Weight ration? So a big engine in a little honda hatch that makes 200 HP compared to a Turbo 4 cylinder int he lancer which is heavier, that makes lets say 250-300. I can believe it was a real race. Plus if I remember right the K20 has a way higher red line then the Lancers engine. More RPM in any gear equals more speed.
