Very very good...I teach In a hung gar dojo, we have our students sit in horse stances for up to an hour, wich teaches them to exagerate their stance better.

identical to the way mi sifu thaught me as well many years ago! (except we used to exagerate low stances for better discipline i would guess) :D awesome! greetings from Puerto Rico!

Thanks Pointmannj, my Sifu is Karl Hetty, David Lee was Karl's Sifu in Toronto many moons ago. Karl has Iron Dragon in Ajax Ontario. Anyone know David Lee's whereabouts, thanks.

Sifu's David & Steven Lee are were taught by Grand Master Dr. Chu Chi Ling.
