Jeff Zhao's $20k Zinch Rap

They recommended that I make a video for Zinch,
but that's okay; I'll give you a foot if you asked for an inch.

But, see, here's the thing, I can't really sing,
and I could auto-tune it, but that's not quite my thing.

At hitting pitches I'm pathetic,
but my veteran rhetoric renders my lack of guitar skills irrelevant.

I can string together subjects and predicates,
and spit hot lines without using racial epithets,

On my Zinch profile, tried to polish up my blemishes,
running out of room to correctly end my sentences,

I'll be simple; I need these dead presidents,
I've done my exit exams and dream of college entrances.

I'm gonna drop this knowledge 'cause I'm trying to go to college,
and my initials are Jay-Z, so I'm just paying homage.

Debated for four years; that was my high school career,
I did a bit of reading and learned some new ideas,
and now I go and teach local junior kids,
about morality and what argument structure is,
but in actual competition I had marginal success,
so that's why I would never ever claim to be the best,
and that's why you shouldn't be overly impressed,
only qualled to nationals in student congress,
(which was epic 'cause I got to go to Las Vegas)

I digress; I picked up Ultimate at Duke TiP,
At first I thought it was totally useless,
Fate is funny because now I am completely obsessed,

I interned with Stanford Financial; it was insane when
they got shut down by federal agents,
so now I'm unemployed but I got no complaints 'cause,
I learned a lot about having professional stations and,

Poseidon, look at me,
I'm out of practice; I can barely free!
I'm not even close to being on a boat;
I barely hope to stay afloat in a moat.

I loved it when Lupe Fiasco dropped Little Weapon
and after Yao Ming why am I not your favorite Asian Texan,

No, I don't have an accent, I don't ride horses' backs and,
I don't shop at Pac Sun, and I hated doing FAFSA,

I'm out of rhymes, so I'll close before you get bored
by the way, 2320 and 234,
don't mean anything anymore,
Why? because I'm more than a test score...
