Very cute kid!

I am concerned about how he is strapped into his seat! His straps need to be tight enough that you can't pinch any slack from them- ideally the coat should be removed before he is placed inside the car seat, or the coat should be unzipped, so the coat is not between the straps and his body. The straps must be at or above his shoulders. The chest clip has to be at armpit level. I have some favorited videos which show best practice. I also have two helpful links in my profile.
