Trevor Lambert's 'Touch It' is an original that is reminiscent of early Boards of Canada production. With psychedelic rolling strings, quirky voiceovers and unusual effects, Trevor brings this all together by layering it over a danceable groove that works well within most House or Techno sets.

Steve Murrell and Jay Lambert true to form have given us a solid tech interpretation of 'Touch It' that incorporates all the musical goodness of the original, but brings more energy to the mix resulting in a groove with mountains of bottom end and high end rhythm. Steve and Jay work on developing this well composed groove by dropping little sections of filtered percussion and spacey rises that drop back in with chunky tom fills. This in consequence gives their remix amazing progression qualities for the mix as well as retaining enough activity to keep this interpretation potent and powerful!

Solunamanalia with their 'Mile End Remix' of 'Touch It' have also taken the tech route with their interpretation. This Japanese duo have powerfully rearranged the original groove, strings and effects that make this remix a perfect track for dj's looking for an effortless mix. The remix builds using the psychedelic rolling strings and effects of the original and drops again with an ominous reverb pluck that amplifies the energy already established in the mix.

Balistrari has worked with a more stripped down, deep house rendition of 'Touch It' that very much evolves and develops the central string melody of the original. The remix works with a live bass sound that gives this composition a powerful natural groove that is reinforced through the natural progression of percussion and melody throughout. The track breaks down with an additional melodic saw pluck reminiscent of an early Adam K & Soha/Deadmau5 style that supports and compliments the elements of Trevor's original.
