ok i dont know if this is right or not but this is what i got from the vid: the girl in the video tries to commit suicide on her bday, the days her big sister died (Luka), so she goes to the tower and contimplate whether she should or not. but then her sister tells her to live on, for her. and so she runs back home, to enjoy her bday and remember her sister
