  • Agreed on all accounts. I wish I had some feedback during my test. In my attempt to get to 140, I was cutting reps short. This actually made it harder because there was no "rest time" at the top. To be honest, I had outgrown this test a long long time ago.

  • My friend you should work on your form, make sure you lock your elbow at the top every time, try to practice good form with the 35 pounds first.

  • Awful form!!! Do it properly and I bet you can't do 137 of them!!

  • ton bra n'est meme pas tendu ! et en gerivoy sport un seul changement de bras est autoriser . comme tu le fais c'est facile d'en faire autant !

  • Good effort but you need to lock your arm out overhead for the rep to count
