  • You are erroneously comparing endogenous production of secosteroids (what you are calling sunshine derived vitamin D in the skin) to vitamin D pills made in a lab and ingested...That is absurd! The stomach makes hydrochloric acid...And by your premise, I should then be able to swallow the same amount as a "vitamin." Google "vitamin D science sloppy."
