Amazing Dust Storm--Sydney Australia--23/09/09.

I woke up at around 5:20 am, when I went into my kitchen I saw a bright Red light and wondered what it was. I looked out of the window and saw that the whole sky was RED!
It looked really freaky so I grabbed my camera and recorded what I could with the small amount of battery power I had left.
After the sky started to go completely black, I decided to go inside until it cleared up a bit.
you couldn't even see if something was going to come flying and hit you in the head, the wind was very strong and I could hear things clattering about. I also wondered what was in the air as I had not heard warning of a "dust storm"
My balcony is covered with really fine red sand, there's going to be a lot of dust and mess to clean up.

We have dust storms here, like you see in the films of the "Dirty Thirties" but they're grey........almost black. That red that you have adds a freakier element to the disastrous condition.

BTW.....excellent musical choice.

@TheMoralesTrio My cousin had an asthma attack when this happened, he went outside to see the "Cool Red Sky" and completely forgot about his asthma ! =P He's alright though ! haha
