@adrub - My pleasure. I'm 57, voted for the first time in 1976 for Gerald Ford. I was a democrat in High School because it was popular among my peers. After HS, I started thinking for myself and decided that I was really a republican all along. I'm the first republican in my family, though my family would most likely vote republican now. The democratic party was nothing like it is today. I've been married for 37 years, 2 sons, one a Captain in the Army, the other a student. 3 Shetland Sheepdogs.
@NAGGERNUTZ Thanks for the verbal sparring. More than I've done in years. Actually, I read your channel and see that we have far more in common that not. I'm 52 and have been voting Republican for years...except for when I became disgusted by the Republicans and voted for Bill Clinton. I'm married with 3 kids, with one in college and love them very much. I keep Atlas Shrugged within eye-shot and love the book "The Mainspring of Human Progress", which is a great primer on America. Peace to you.
@adrub - Are you a liberal? You voted for Obama didn't you? Wait, were you old enough to vote in '08? I ask because you use the same tactics as liberals. I refer to anybody who is a cult-like follower of Paul as a Paultard. "Son" is not derogatory name calling. It's a polite way of saying grow up. I clearly stated that his foreign policy is nothing less than wack-o and he gets booed every time he mentions it. "Most GOP candidates" are leading Paul in the polls and you know it. You have no logic.
@NAGGERNUTZ Who’s attacking who? After calling me a Paultard, you call me a young punk that smokes weed and sings Kumbayah...and then calling me a derogatory "son". Quite funny, as I am none of those. I've read you past comments and see that all you do is attack anybody who likes Ron Paul..but offer no basis for what you don't like, other than he can't win the general election. Meanwhile, you support any other GOP candidate even though most are doing far worse in the polls.Your logic is lacking
@adrub - Oh well, you attack me anyway :-( I'm probably old enough to be your daddy, you don't know anything about me, so don't lecture me son. A few weeks ago, you were probably hitting the bong and playing video games. Now, you're another expert in politics. Ron Paul will just wave a magic wand and we'll all go skipping through fields of daisies and singing Kumbayah around the campfire. I don't hate Ron Paul, but his followers are the most overbearing, cult-like little Nazis.
Right, and if you try to explain thats why its best that we avoid that kind of imperialism, they call you unamerican. I love my country. I want to stop it from committing suicide.
We are killing ourselves with our debt, and the vultures you just mentioned will feast on us when we are dead.
@3monkeysmomma How true. It's sort of like the mindset of sending a young man off to the military to "fight for the country." They don't understand they are pawns in the great game of world finance, the military industrial complex and corporate expansionism.
I've started to feel quite sorry for mainstream republicans. Unlike true conservatives, they don't have anyone tovote for that they ACTUALY LIKE and they find our enthusiam for Paul very annoying.
Its a bit like have that one bitter, single friend you can never kiss your boyfriend in front of because she'll get jealous and start to pick him apart for you.
@NAGGERNUTZ Thanks for your response. It speaks volumes as to your blind understanding as to what has happened to this nation over the past 30 years. There is clearly no reason to debate you any further as your mind is still stuck into thinking there is any hope in saving this great nation with the current Republican/Democratic mindset of ever expanding govt to the point of becoming a one-world govt controlled by mega banks and large corporate interests...instead of smaller Govt & states rights.
