  • My ninja 250 sounds just like this. XD!

WoW thats not a bike! Its a crazy beast!!

    **♥INCREDIBLE♥**

  • did you have to put the Cobra Fi2000r on as well? I would be very interested to know, please email me at bikeratvelcom.ca replace at with @ thanks

  • @MySpankster Better get the Voyager then. Reliability, performance and cost all in one. Harleys are nice, but grossly overpriced and are hella expensive to repair, the aftermarket parts are also overpriced.

  • @MySpankster yes the 2009 must have be bad year for Kawi they have to many left unsold. The 2009 doesnt have ABS and few little tweaks of the 2011 model.

  • mind you i could put these on a nomad 2009...brand new...they are asking only 13,999 canadian......mmmm something to ponder

  • OK narrowed it down from 3 bikes to 2 bikes

this one 2011 voyager with these Cobra Tri Ovals

    or

2010 Harley Ultra Glide Classic with stage 1

price i am getting the voyager for is 22,500...Harley 25,500...2011 Harley 26,500

Pros and cons...please can anyone with bike knowledge help me... not that good at fixing motors......i want performance plus reliability...sound and ride.....thx

    ride safe

  • @MySpankster I agree on that too. But dont do it as a kind of cheaper replacement for Harley. If you love HD then dont get VN1700, you will be never 100% satisfied even tough Voyager is a great bike. You will always look for some HD. Then it would be simply a waste of money, trust me been there done that, At the price point of touring bike arent 2-4k that BIG difference, Any touring bike is very expensive and overpriced already. You cant realy go wrong with any of them, technicaly, but feelings

  • @MySpankster I would go after Limited not CVO, check it out, 103ci engine, heated grips ABS, full audio set etc. Check it out. The 103ci is better in my eyes then the 110ci in CVO, and if you would go hardcore, then you may get SE120r motor which brings more then 130hp on rear wheel for around 5k USD (you may sell your 103 for more then 3k then) and than no metric cruiser will touch you. Depends on your needs, if you are on budget go VN1700 its a good bike for the money, if you want more get HD.

  • @MySpankster thats not maintenance, thats motor disassembly. There is only one gasket you may need to replace during maintenance and thats the derby cover. You dont have to exchange gaskets nor rings (did you mean piston rings?) for looooong time. The maintenance of Harley takes about half the time of most metrics. Less torque is true (except the 103ci) but also kawi is heavier, FLHTCU has better acceleration (maybe the gearing). Didnt ride VN1700 with ABS, so duno. I have both in my garage.

  • @MySpankster bottom line i think bang for the buck you can't go wrong with the 2011 voyager

    safe riding all...
