Fender jazz 78 or musicman sterling?....very difficult decision!!! : the sound of fender is warm,open,clearly and very versatile;the sound of sterling is very aggressive,powerfull and definite....i prefer stingray because the fingerboard is much wide, then is better for my long fingers,and because i think that for slap style is the best!!

Hey! You know what it is... i want to buy an new bass myself.... But i can't chose between an fender jazz 78 and an musicman sterling.... And this squier sounds really good. Could you give me an advise? Which one would you buy? If you would like to do this lick on your squier, that would be awesome! With your amp at the same stances. Thx already! (your english isn't rediculius. It's not 100% correct, but it's not hard to understand either!)

Unfortunately isn't a fender vintage,but only a Squier vintage modified jazz bass.....sorry,maybe i don't understand(my english is ridicolous!!!!):

davvero bello!!..io stò per comprare un eko MM-300...ho letto le modifiche che hai apportato...io voglio montare le DR-Lo Rider e volevo sapere dove posso trovare il capotasto in alluminio o acciao?ed anche..dove hai trovato il battipenna nero!!??io lo stò cercando ma non lo trovoooooo!!

il capotasto in alluminio l'ho realizzato in proprio,con tanta pazienza e tante piccole lime........in acciaio è praticamente impossibile(troppo duro),però potresti provare con l'ottone che credo si meglio dell'alluminio(anche se più faticoso da lavorare).
Anche il battipenna l'ho realizzato in proprio,acquistando in un negozio di strumenti musicali il foglio di"plastica nera",ed utilizzando seghetto da traforo e lime.
