I haven't ever heard of Horrid Henry before, but I think it's a TV series or something like that...
Well it's a side-scroller kids game, the graphics aren't that bad if you consider it's a game for kids, the control is okay, and people who like the series(?) will probably like this game too...

I think they could've done better with the graphics. Such as better depth perception and better looking "3D like images". The character looks good though.
