  • needs to go wider on grip to keep it mostly in shoulders for that 1st exercise IMO

  • @zurcalednhoj naw its ajust another variation. you can do it with dumbells pulling the dumbells to your armpit area. works wonders. try it out!

  • i was just confused...the first set of super sets it's the hammer strength shoulder press and the upright row? ain't the upright row shouldn't use wide grip? it looks like a shrug..
