Your wife and I agree sooo much about the radio station to listen to.

The clear narration with accompanying photos is spot-on.

Brilliant!!! Great job.

This is quite an innovative solution really, and of course now this means you can if you want to use your iPod should you not want to listen to the radio at all. Is the Robi compatible with DAB+ to the best of your knowledge? I'm not aware of any DAB+ radio adaptors for iPods available here in Australia.

@Techmoan Can't you find a DAB radio that works on 12V from DealExtreme or eBay? I'm sure it's not that hard...
The problem with your solution is that it is very adapted to you, not everybody in general...

I like most of your clever solutions, however I do think that there is definitely a better solution than this...

@isashach I understand. It works well for me because all I had to do was buy the Dockstubz. If you had to go and buy an iPod, it wouldn't make much sense. Ideally someone would make a mini DAB radio inside a 12V lighter socket adaptor with a 3.5mm jack on the top, then there would be no need for all that stuff inside the glove box

@Antje14 DAB radio is a UK digital radio standard. I think you have something similar in the US that's called HD Radio.
