Synopsis:
Jane Fonda returns to the big screen after a fifteen-year absence in Monster-in-Law, a romantic comedy from Australian-born director, Robert Luketic (Legally Blonde).
After years of looking for Mr Right, Charlotte Charlie' Cantilini (Jennifer Lopez) finally finds the man of her dreams in Kevin Fields (Michael Vartan) only to discover that his mother, Viola (Fonda) is the woman of her nightmares.
A recently fired national news anchor who is afraid she will lose her son the way she has just lost her career, Viola determines to scare off her son's new fiancé by becoming the world's worst mother-in-law. While Viola's long time assistant, Ruby (Wanda Sykes) does her best to help Viola execute her crazy schemes, Charlie decides to fight back and the gloves come off as the women battle it out to see just who is the alpha-female.

Had the whole movie'd just been Lopez and Vartan,it would've been a mildly entertaining romantic comedy.
But I swear to God,the very second Jane Fonda steps onto the screen,this immediatly turns into a badly written cartoon.
How do you know it sucks?Wanda Sykes is in it.What does Wanda Sykes DO in this?The same thing she does in EVERY movie---rolls her eyes to the heavens and makes some comment akin to "How'd I end up in this alternate universe of stupid people?!"

This film is so funny and enlightening!
And oh my GOD, Wanda Sykes is hilarious. "Woman, I think you just dislocated ma vagina!" Everyone watch the film and you'll understand what I mean XD
