the views take a while to refresh you know. like if i uploaded a vidoe and 100 people watched it, it takes a long time sometimes for those 100 views to show up. comments show up instantly

I have evidence of views and rating hacks from the very day Google took over.
My upload of "Terror Storm" was the top rated political video of all time, and had been for weeks. Google took over and that rating disappeared within moments.
In addition. I have posted a video, had several people make comments over a week, and not seen an increase in views numbers. That's more than a simple 'bug' - when LG15 can get 20K views counted in an hr. and zero for over a week for me, despite comments?

I watched a video within the last few days, of that programmer in Florida that testified and wrote that program that would flip the vote.
Next time I run across it, I will put it on my channel.
