I haven't died, I haven't lost interest in the 63, or youtube. I'm having work too much, and its been too hot in TX this summer to work on cars. I'm still buying parts for the 63. Some of my next planned projects on it are going to be pricier and take more time and I want to make sure I have both before I start into them.

  • RD, Good to see you pop up in my sub. box; had three younger sisters, all had those banana seats; couldn't get them off of them! Lived in Oak Cliff, (Dallas) '54 to '62 !! I could get on my bike, ride from fox hill lane, west to the city(county?) line (fireworks stand) spend my deposit bottle money there and return, only restriction was be home for dinner! It's a damn shame our kids and grandkids don't have that safety today!! That's nice; the bike riding together!!! Thanx for your posts!!! trb

  • you work harder than anyone i know. you're videos are great. THANKS SO MUCH.

  • Restodan me and my son started working on a 1963 impala 2 door hardtop, about 5years ago after we took the car apart, we Stopped. I know me and my son were motivated watching your you tube videos on your 1963 Impala. I love the way you worked on one item at a time. P.S. our car is white with red interior also, Thanks to your videos, you motivated us to start working on our 63 impala again Thanks Restodan! Keep the great videos coming!!

  • Restodan is one of the most talented people I have ever met! That Schwinn that had "Julie" on it belonged to my sister who had a son and I have no children.Look how great it looks after being in my Dad's attic for 40 yrs! And of course it needs to go to a young lady. He has the coolest girls and the fact one of them had the same name as my sister and wow like everything else he turns it to gold.I talked to my sister and Dad and they were so proud his daughter was enjoying it! Thanks Restodan!

  • Glad to see you're still doin' well Dan. Always good to get a chance to check in with ya. Take care..

  • 429 boss around here somewhere?:D

  • Once you are finished with the 63 Impala, do you plan on rebuilding your brother's 55 or the 59 Impala? The 59 Impala is one of the most interesting looking cars ever built I can't wait to see you work on that one.

  • glad to see another video, youre vids have inspired me to get a project car and start working on it myself. great to see the old dinosaur still alive aswell, love that old truck!!

  • dan is that another car in your yard at 2:47 a black shape ? you gotta be quick to spot it lol

  • Restodan, thanks for sharing your vids, keep up the good work. You had it pretty bad this year heat wise, even for Texas. Have a son in Burleson, just south of you. Love your vehicles, especially that you still are driving them. From one die hard to another,

    stay safe.

  • JUNK!!!!!!. Them old Chevy's are GOLD!!!!!.
