  • I think that it's often a very shortsighted way of looking at a person and being able to gauge what is going on in their body. It's really important to maintain an open-mind to a variety of possibilities for the cause of disease, without labelling a metabolic type. The suggestion of individual symptoms that may bare no relation to one another- comprising a type is really a bit of a shortcut to understanding more intricate and personal manifestations.

  • I think I'm both. I have no moons and I've been gaining weight steadily for about 6 years. That's how long I've been remarried by the way and believe me it has been a stressful ride! So yes I think this make total sense.
