That's a Holden Overlander
Originally made in tassie by Authur Hayward (if it is original) with full factory backing from Holden in the late 70s/early 80s. Basically they took a Kingswood stationwagon/ute/panelvan, strengthened and modified the chassi for a Dana44 front diff, Dana60 rear diff and DanaM20 transfere case. Standard fitment was a TH400 auto box and holden V8, 253 or 308 as well as special flares, sunraysier rims and wider rubber.
