Drink cold water with ice cubes and if you can stand the taste of apple cider vinegar just add 1 tablespoon and it suppose to help you lose weight
don't drink diet soda it has to much corn syrup and just watch what you eat and also no fast food it put on more wieght than homecook food but you got to keep at it and go for walks and good luck

YAY! you keep going Emma. your doing amazing and you do look wonderful :)
lots of people on here are saying some horrible stuff because she likes a movie series thats horrible this has nothing to do with twilight and i thinks shes doing really well so send some positivity to her she deserves it :)
