  • Fireknife Club? Hmmm... Looks To Me More Like Fire Batons? Anyways, Keep Up The Good Work And Keep On Practicing... ;)

  • @Fireknife808 Thanks for the encouragement. We were all pretty new to the art, but you are right. For the rest of the year we are a general fire performance troupe, and we are underfunded, with regards to our ability to make tools, hence the batons, and even the couple staffs. But we do what we can to support the Polynesian cultural clubs on campus. It will be noted this next year, however, that we have adapted the practice. though there were five fireknives up there, not all standard size.

  • I feel like a simple "wow" isn't enough, but, seeing as how you said you all are relatively new to this I kind of have to sum it up with wow on that aspect though -the whole dropping the baton wouldn't have seemed as apparent if it weren't for the crowd, but you know you kinda need an audience.Anywho I found the guy at 6:55 - 7:20 to be my favorite-he just seemed a bit more flashy and skillful. I guess precision was the downfall for most.

I very much doubt this will be very helpful though.

    GL!
