This is shot underneath the Outbridge on Arthur Kill Road, Staten Island back in August of 1983. Note the old Kreisher Mansion in it's disrepair. Apparently it turned into a restaurant in later years. It's a block away from the infamous Black Garter strip joint also gone. The music is by the Chameleons which is the song heard on the original audio track only this one is much cleaner than the blaring car radio. This is Arthur kill Road as it was August 1983 (Part One)

Yes, that's the Kriescher Mansion. It represented the Kriescher family who were leading in the brick manufactoring business back in the 1800s..after the 1980s restaurant stint, it was declared a landmark, until last year, the mafia ruined it's reputation by murdering someone and putting his body pieces in the furnace. Real nice.
