To Gwendolyn:
♥ ♥ Aromatherapy promotes well-being, with the use of essential oils that promote a positive emotional & spiritual response. ♥ ♥
Thank you so much for your interest in Silk Spa Creations, Silk Candles. I believe you will fall in love with this clean candle just as I have. They are made with pure soy wax, Shea butter, Coco butter and almond oil... that's it! Because of this these candles not only make your environment smell wonderful, they can also be used as a massage candle!!
Shea Butter has been known to treat dry skin, eczema and minor burns. Treats dark spots, skin discolorations, stretch marks, wrinkles and blemishes.
Cocoa Butter has been called the ultimate moisturizer, and has been used to keep skin soft and supple for centuries.
Almond oil- purpose oil that can be used for many things. It has been said that almond oil is can help in blood pressure, weight loss, dry skin, Skin Moisturizer, Exfoliator, and it has been said that almond oil can soften the skin around the eyes and smooth out wrinkles.
Fragrance and Essential oils: A well-balanced blend of herbal lavender and calming vanilla. Infused with natural essential oils, including Lavender!
How to silk candles:
Silk Candles are easy and fun to use!
-Light the candle and let the candle burn for about 20 to 30 minutes.
- Enjoy the scent of your choice throughout the room.
-When you see a pool of creamy, oily lotion form across the top of the candle, the lotion is ready for use!
-Blow out the candle flame (Safety First!) and pour it onto your hand. If it is too hot, wait for about 1 to 2 minutes and you can use it as you please! J
- Rest assured, they will not burn you! Because of the ingredients in Silk Candles are ALL NATURAL, they have a very low melting point.
-When fully melted they're just 102 degrees -- not even as warm as a hot tub!
Where to use Silk candles:
On your Hands... Simply extract a small amount of lotion from the candle and massage the lotion into your skin. Because the lotion is made of 100% soy bean oil, it will feel slightly oily on the palms of your hands but will absorb quickly into your dry skin area. A little goes a long way!
**Optional Tip: At night, a pair of cotton gloves intensifies the moisturizing power of the lotion
On your feet... you can use the lotion the same way. Again, remember to use only a small amount at a time. Massage lotion into your feet and heels, after a foot scrub. Just like the gloves for your hands...If you like, you can cover your feet with moisture socks while you relax. Your feet will never be the same!
**Using this product a couple times a week will insure your heels will stay crack free!
On your face.... You can certainly use the lotion on your face to remove makeup and/or moisturize your skin. But use sparingly!
Before a shower... Melt the candle until there is a pool of oil, either by lighting the candle or you can put it in the microwave (about 20 to 30 seconds). Either way, by the time your shower is done, the oil has solidified into the perfect lotion massage for your body!
On a hairless head... Oh My! The soothing soy lotion and a scalp massage is the way to go!!
For the Ultimate Body Massage.... "Use your Imagination!!"
**Wherever you use the candle lotion, the scent of this product lasts significantly longer than liquid lotions and will keep your skin soft and moisturize!
**Remember: A little goes a long way....
Let the power of the essential oils and fragrance rich candle give your senses a treat!
