I always enjoyed the live versions of this song more than the studio one. She plays and sings flawlessly and with such passion. The song fits perfectly with the drums especially the intro part.

I think the version on welcome to sunny florida was even better than this, and it was much later. You should listen to it once, I don't think it's sweeter or mellowed... but in general, they did became sweeter and a bit mellowed, that's true.
