i'm American and i didn't think there was anything weird about the way she greeted them until i read the comments lol
-
I think she was maybe trying a little TOO hard to convey friendliness to them. But I think, there's also nervousness mixed in there too, at conversing with people she perceived to be "foreign" and not quite knowing how to act around them. But I wouldn't say she was being rude.

I speak very decent English and when I was in the USA on holiday they did the exact same thing as she did, they're just trying to be polite and friendly.

@LivacusROR ILL Twist MY PANTIES AS MUSH AS I WANT!! XD

Okay guys.... I know many adults that talk this way even to people they know. They're just overly flamboyant people that are always rainbows and sunshine. No need to get your panties in a twist.

haha i just like how jessica just speaks fluent english and surprises her...

She was probably afraid of speaking to fast and confusing them. I'd rather speak slow and have a foreigner understand me, then talk to fast and overwhelm them.
why is everyone getting so mad O-o dude, calm down, she's not treating them like they're retards. she's just politely saying "hi, welcome". if she squatted down an inch away from yuri's face and said, "HEELLOO. WELCOOME YURI. DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME? YOU SPEAK ENGLISH WELL. GOOD JOB." then that's offensive. but she's just being polite. americans treat everyone like this, or at least in los angeles, where i live.

She wasn't talking down to Yuri and Jessica. This is how an Americans greet someone special. She was being overly polite if anything.
