NoobSwarm

A fleet of basic rookie ships try to survive out in the harsh world of 0.0 space. We had about 40 ships altogether. Beginning in high sec, we eventually made our way into 0.0 only to come across a phobos, who promptly blew us all to hell. All of the ships in the fleet were noobships, some with tech 2 drones :0! In the end everyone was podded however. Oh well. We did it for the lulz.
Hopefully there will be yet another NoobSwarm, bigger, blobier, and most of all, more noobs (just the ships, not the players).

EDIT 2: okay there it is. Make sure to watch in HD folks. The normal quality is horrible!

Nice vid. Just wondering, what size is your monitor, and what do you run your resolution on? I saw the thread a day late, but I hope to get in on the next one.

Hmm... I have a 22" monitor with the same resolution, and max vid. quality, but somehow yours seems like you have more space on the UI and stuff... Do you run the desktop resolution at 1680x1050 as well? Maybe I just haven't gotten used to my new monitor yet.

@slick50zd1 - I used Xfire video, similar to fraps. I have a HD4870, quad-core at 3.5ghz, 6gb ddr2 1066 ram, and a fast HD. Recording video in either fraps or xfire didnt drop my framerate by much. All while running with 24xAA and 16xAF

@Cruel - yeah, and try making your font smaller so you dont have to expand the windows so much
