Social bookmarks can contribute a great deal to education 2.0. The main reasons you should use them, are:
- Social bookmarks make it a lot easier to stay informed about the subject you are teaching, because they let you participate in the webfindings of others.
- Your social bookmarks are guideposts to the webs wealth of information. Manage them efficiently online and share them with your students
- Connect your classes to networks and let the results of each students research become part of the online knowledge base - of your class and of everybody.
The screencast is part of a series produced to provide educators with simple How to Guides to get familiar with web 2.0 tools and techniques that can be used in school classes as well as in adult courses and seminars.
