This geezer is a legend, and this is an excerpt from the "London Tonight" News. Basically David Wright is an East End boy, born and raised in poverty, whose musical talent saved him from a life of crime, but alas, cannot provide the financial rewards crime does. Please support him; google him, find his website, and go to his concerts!

In this vid, David tells the winsome Tamsin Silvester how his gift for music came to him, but how he could easily have gone down the road of crime. He had a life changing moment of clarity, staring down the wrong end of a sawn off shotgun, on account of pissing off a teenage gangster, to whom he was beholden by the gangster's seedy and manipulative terror.

He sorted his issues, got legal, and buckled down to the business of learning to read music at 16, having been playing the classics by ear since 10. Nowadays dodgy Dave seems to be doing very well; he retains his earthy East End humility and optimism, despite often being seen wearing costumes, tights and wigs which would make Elton John look straight! He is Oh! so eighteenth century, in a Bethnal kinda way.

David was arguably born 250 years too late, and it is sad that such talent is not more prominent, in these days of instant, Spicey, Jordany, Chantelley fame-for-no-talent.

This guy could eat Pop music for breakfast, then have 10 pints and a curry, and still out shine what passes for 'music' in this degenerate age. BIG HIM UP!!!!!
